How it Works

Getting Started is Simple!

Visit our Get a Quote-Start Your Order page and answer a few questions. When submitted, we’ll email you back a quote and find a date for you on the calendar to start shooting your project.

Turnaround Time:
We have a faster turnaround time than most Los Angeles area product photography studios. For editorial and on-model shoots, you can expect final images within 2 to 3 business days from your scheduled start date. For e-commerce product and apparel photography projects, you will generally have your images in 5 to 7 business days from your scheduled start date. We can even accommodate an even quicker turnaround when needed, but all projects needed sooner than standard turnaround will be charged a 50% rush fee of project total. If your project has 100+ SKUs, return times will be slightly longer.

Deposit Payment/Final Payment:
Once we book your project, we will send you a 50% deposit invoice via our online invoicing form, which includes a payment link. We accept all major credit cards, business checks and PayPal. This deposit will hold your start date on our calendar. At the completion of your project, we will send low-res images along with your invoice. Once final payment is received, a high-res link will immediately be emailed to you.

Cancelling a project after you have made a deposit:
We understand there are many moving parts and differing management that goes into booking and preparing a photography project. Therefore, we require a 5-business day cancellation notice if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your project. Last-minute cancellations  are subject to a 50% forfeiture of your deposit.

Shipping your products to us:
Your product should arrive to our studio several days before your start date. You can mail your products(s) UPS, FedEx or drive to our studio in Fullerton, California. It’s good practice to try and select the best products if you can, trying to avoid dents and scratches. We provide light retouching, but if your product is overly damaged, you will incur a retouching fee. Pack each item securely so they don’t get damaged in transit.

Returning your products:
Please email or include a return a UPS shipping label for the same dimensions as the box you are shipping, as we generally return product in same or similar size box. A return label ensures the quickest return of your products. Any products left in studio after 14 days are subject to donation.

Dropping off product:
If you are local and would prefer to drop off your product and meet the team, we would love to meet you- just give us a call and let us know when you’re coming. (310) 406-4455. Drop-off and Pick-up hours are (9a-12p and 2-5p) M-F. 

*Image delivery:

For your convenience, we send images via secure Dropbox link. We send 2 types of files: Transparent background TIFFs and Optimized Jpegs in the size/ratio you specify. This is included in your quote, and many other studios charge extra for this.

Sending Notes and Specifications for your Project-

We always welcome your input and instructions for shooting your project. Please email and include in your shipping box any detailed instructions or specifications that you would like the team to keep in mind when styling and shooting your project. Reference photos and line sheets are especially helpful, please email these if you have them. We are happy to accommodate most preferences if they are given prior to shoot date. If notes are not included, the team will use their best discretion as to the styling and lighting of garments and products. If we’ve made a mistake at our end we will re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoots for clients personal preference reasons or resulting from client error or omission will be re-quoted and charged at the time of the change request. Other important information- Please read carefully.

*Sending Apparel: It is extremely important to send the correct sized clothing. The following sizes always style out the best and fit our mannequin the best, so please send these sizes whenever possible. Please notify us if for some reason you cannot send these sizes and we will discuss options.

Flat/Pinwall:
Women’s: Small or XS; Men: Small

Invisible Mannequin:
Women’s: Small; Men: Medium

*Sending Products:
Please inspect your products before you send them. Ensure there are no scratches dents or other defects. Please send your best samples, if product arrives damaged it makes it much more difficult to shoot, it will also require more post production + retouching. You may be charged for the extra time required to correct damaged products.
